NFT Group (NFT Consult Ltd) was founded in 2005 in Kampala, Uganda, with a singular purpose: to help organisations across East Africa find, develop, and retain the talent they need to succeed. What started as a recruitment firm has grown into a full-spectrum HR solutions powerhouse.

Today, we operate across Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and the United Kingdom, serving hundreds of organisations — from ambitious startups to multinational corporations. 2005

Founded in Kampala

NFT Consult Ltd was established in Kampala, Uganda, with a vision to transform how organisations in East Africa approach human resources.

2010

Regional Expansion — Kenya

Opened our Nairobi office to serve growing demand from East Africa's largest economy, establishing a presence at Morningside Office Park.

2012–2013

First Industry Awards

Recognised with the Vintage Award and Uganda Revenue Authority Tax Payers Appreciation Award — affirming our commitment to responsible business.

NSSF Best Employer Award

2018

HROS Platform Launch

Launched our proprietary Human Resource Operating System — a process-driven platform that digitises HR operations for clients across the region.
